Project overview
A coordinated exterior restoration addressed the masonry envelope, roofing, parapets, entrances, railings, and paved areas surrounding St. Sebastian RC Church.
The work brought multiple exterior systems into one program while respecting the church’s distinctive brick façades, devotional elements, arched entrances, and active neighborhood setting beneath the elevated railway.

Façade and architectural details
Exterior work addressed the church’s broad brick elevations and the architectural elements that give the building its identity. The completed envelope retains the texture, pattern, statuary, and carved details of the original design.

New roofing and parapet work were coordinated across the church’s different roof levels and perimeter conditions. Aerial views document the completed field, transitions, coping, and adjoining masonry.

The entrance program brought the arched doors, steps, custom railings, stone elements, and surrounding paved areas into a consistent street-level composition serving the congregation and neighborhood.
