Project overview

Jepol Construction renewed the sidewalk and corner approaches at 275 West 10th Street, creating clean concrete runs and accessible curb transitions around the masonry building.

The work follows two street elevations and resolves changing conditions at the building edge, curb, and crosswalk. The completed pavement provides a consistent walking surface while fitting carefully around the property's historic masonry base.
